Pausa's "Knights of the Round Table" Club

A wildly gluttonous, members-only club, that meets in the vicinity of Pausa Inn a few times a year for cookery and tasting workshops.

Amongst the club’s activities:

• Meals timed according to hunting seasons, seasonal fruit and vegetables
• Thematic cookery fests
• Guest celebrity chef appearances
• Launches of new wines, books, and original and interesting products
• Workshops for sausage-making, pickling, smoking and more.
